Lake City’s First Baptist Church was bought by Jeff and Jenny Redenius in 2018 with the promise to repurpose the property in a way that will help the community. Jeff and Jenny finally decided on a short term fully furnished rental space due to high demand in community.

In 2021, Jeff and Jenny were able to fully complete the Baptist Church sanctuary into two separate long term fully furnished apartments that we now call “Sanctuary Suites”.

Sanctuary Suites proudly serves Lake City, Rockwell City, Carroll, Ft. Dodge, Manson, Lake View, Wall Lake, Glidden, Lytton, Jefferson, Lidderdale, Pomeroy, Palmer, Pocahontas, Twin Lakes, &  Sac City as a premium extended stay hotel option.
